Walk along the Cibolo Nature Center tails with naturalist Patty Leslie-Pasztor, a walking textbook of knowledge on native plants and their traditional uses by Native Americans and early Texas settlers. Learn about edible plants as well as their role in shelter, medicine, clothing, hunting and religious ceremonies. Part history, part botany - this is an overlooked and fascinating area of Texas history and culture.
