Flying WILD Workshop

Two day workshop
July 5: 9 am - 4 pm: Leaders: Tom and Patsy Inglet
July 6: 9 am - Noon: Leader: Mary Kennedy
 
Flying WILD, a companion to Project WILD, explores bird conservation through classroom activities and stewardship projects. During the six-hour workshop participants will receive an educator's manual, sample activities and explore guidelines on how to implement school bird festivals and conservation projects. Teachers, informal educators and youth group leaders may take the training.
 
The following day there is a three-hour training that is specifically for those who want to become facilitators for Flying WILD.
 
Please bring a sack lunch with you on July 5. There will be a one-hour break for lunch.
 
Cost: $20.00 for the July 5 workshop.
 
Limit:  20 attendees.
