SONGS & STORIES: Lost Mule Band
Jul 11, 2009
Songs & Stories Concert Series sponsored by FROST
Bring a chair or blanket and picnic. Enjoy an evening of music from a group of home-grown musicians performing traditional country, classic rock, Texas swing and originals under the CNC oak trees.
The Lost Mule Band is a group of six home-grown musicians, most of whom have performed together for over 25 years. In that time, the group has forged its own brand of music centered around Texas country music and rock ‘n’ roll. Playing traditional country, classic rock ‘n’ roll, blues, Texas swing, folk, and original tunes, the band puts on a show that has something for everyone. To achieve such diversity, the group employs a number of alternate instrument arrangements which include acoustic guitars, keyboards, electric guitars, bass guitar, steel guitar, drums, and percussion. Three of the members provide vocals in a variety of combinations, including multiple harmonies. In short, these boys have it covered. http://www.myspace.com/lostmuleband
