Upper Cibolo Creek Workshop II: “Is the Water Clean?”

Presenters: Anne Adams, aquatic biologist, Dr. Kathy Ward, geologist and Mary Kennedy, master science teacher

This mostly "outdoor, on-the-creek" workshop includes water chemistry tests, aquatic macro-invertebrate sampling, and an introduction to what these tests can tell us about "clean' water for different uses. We also will look at changes that are occurring in the Upper Cibolo Creek watershed and consider their impact on runoff, flooding and erosion. 

Cost: Members $15/person and non-members $20/person.
