Winter Vegetable Gardening

If you missed our Fall Garden Workshop do not fret… Winter is approaching and you still have plenty of time to take advantage of the cooler weather to come. We will start by preparing for the first frost, “how to” winterize our garden, and expand on what we can (and should) plant even at this time of year. Several techniques for expanding the season, such as cold frames, row covers and even a quick “Greenhouse 101” will be discussed. We will also review the best and most productive veggies for this season.
