Moondance Outdoor Concert Series A tradition of stories and songs at The Cibolo

It’s time for Moondance! Since 2000, we’ve hosted outdoor concerts under the oaks and stars at The Cibolo. Each year, visitors and locals alike have gathered as a community to enjoy live music, local vendors, and good times–a tradition that all started with friends coming together to tell stories, sing songs, and dance. From May to September, get ready for five nights of stories and songs in the heart of the Hill Country.

Grab a friend, bring a cooler, and set up your chair or blanket. See you there!

Concert Lineup

May 30 – Cactus Country
June 27 – Texas String Assembly
July 25 – Band in Black
August 29 – GLEAUX

What to Expect

What should I bring?

Guests should bring their own picnic blankets, cushions, or chairs. Guests may also bring their own food, drinks, water bottles, and ice chests. We’ll have a water refill station set up and a food truck with food for purchase at each event. This is a fully outdoor event, so bug spray and comfortable clothing are recommended.

Are there any other activities going on during the event?

Music for Moondance starts at 7:00pm. Before the music begins, guests are welcome to explore the trails on their own. We’ll have yard games as well! This is a family friendly event so bring the kids – 11 & under get in free!

Where is the Cibolo Nature Center?

The Cibolo Nature Center is located at 140 City Park Road in Boerne, Texas. Once you drive through the entrance, the road will lead you to a parking lot. Park anywhere and come to the beautiful grove of trees (or follow all the people)!
