Any changes to your program require at least 2 weeks notice, or the full fee will be charged. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate any program changes after we have confirmed your initial registration.
REGISTRATION: For questions or to register by phone, please call: 830-249-4616
Group size unless otherwise indicated: Minimum 7 scouts per program.
CANCELLATION: If the minimum number of scouts is not received by the deadline, the program will be cancelled and all scouts registered will be notified by phone and/or email. A troop does need to have 7 scouts to attend.
PAYMENT: Full payment is required upon registration to reserve your spot(s) for these programs. Any changes to the number attending need to be made by the registration deadline or the full amount will be charged.
Try-its, Badges and Patches are to be purchased through your Council Office - they are not included in the fees listed below (unless otherwise indicated).
SIBLING POLICY: You are highly encouraged to leave other siblings at home. Having younger children present can distract from the scout experience for you and for others. If our instructors and other participants feel that younger children are affecting the quality of the program for others participating, you may be asked to step out. If a sibling attending is old enough to participate, they should register as another scout.
