Join us for our 20th Annual Mostly Native Plant Sale! With all the rain we've had this year, gardening is going to be an absolute joy for everyone. And you'll find more than just plants here!

  • Hardy native trees, shrubs, vines and flowers.  All kinds of accessories to make your landscape more beautiful, comfortable, fruitful, relaxing, enjoyable...whatever your pleasure.
  • Experts on hand to answer questions about a variety of gardening and conservation topics such as composting in the Texas Hill Country (why and how to make it easy); bird box design, mounting and predator prevention (all for sale and design handouts available), and wildscapes (display, handouts and advice from the experts)
  • A demonstration garden highlighting native plants that attract butterflies and hummingbirds
  • Our Kids Corral is a fun place for kids to learn about plants and flowers and take home some seeds to grow
  • Five drawings in our raffle.  Your tickets stay in the hopper until all five items are gone.
  • Items being raffled:  handmade picnic table ($600 value), plant ($100 value), Rainbow Gardens gift certificate ($125 value), one week of CNC Nature Camp ($150 value), two season passes to 2010 CNC Songs & Stories concert series ($160 value).
  • Raffle tickets are $10 each and can be purchased at the CNC Visitor Center, online at www.cibolo.org or the day of the Plant Sale.

The second edition of our own Jan Wrede's very popular book is now available at CNC's Visitor Center.  Also, we will host a book signing event at the Plant Sale.  From 9 AM til noon Jan will be available to sign copies of her book for you.
